Touring Adelaide South Australia (TASA) / Touring Adelaide Hills South Australia (TAHSA) is committed to providing a relaxed and enjoyable experience through our services. Before booking with us, please read our Terms and Conditions to avoid any misunderstandings. If you have any questions, please contact us and we would be happy to clarify anything.
Airport Protocol
Pick Up Protocol –
A text message, with our Chauffeur’s name and mobile number, will be sent 30MIN Before pick up
Airport Pick Up Protocol –
A text message, with your Chauffeur’s name and mobile number, will be sent when we are on our way and upon our arrival.
Your designated Chauffeur will be tracking the flight and upon it’s arrival, will be waiting, with a sign, at the bottom of the escalators in the main arrivals hall and then proceed to the Luggage carousels to collect any luggage, if needed.
International Flights –
In order to minimise any waiting time charges with international flights, please advise us if you are travelling first class, business class or economy class. Knowing this will dictate our Arrival time, for pick ups at the Adelaide Airport
Booking confirmation
All charter and tour bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and the remaining balance is required to be paid 72 hours prior to boarding, unless otherwise advised. See payment options for further details.
Pricing and additional charges
General transfer pricing is calculated using our kilometres travelled rate.
All charters and tours are quoted using an hourly rate with consideration for locations travelled.
Changes to the itinerary after booking confirmation will incur an additional charge if total charter/tour time exceeds what was confirmed at time of booking confirmation. The driver will ask for payment of the extra service provided on the day.
Transfers, charters and tours all include up to 15 minutes grace to allow for boarding. A waiting time of $50.00Â charge will apply if not respected. For half and full day charter/tours, we will accommodate where ever possible to avoid the extra charge but it will impact on the rest of your planned itinerary.
Venue Costs
All associated venue costs are at your expense, unless on a Special Tour package.
Damage and Soiling Fee
An additional $200 cleaning/damage fee will apply if passengers spill drinks / food or cause damage to the vehicle during our service. Please respect the condition of the vehicle for the next passengers. TASA/TAHSA reserves the right to charge the credit card used for your booking with the appropriate amount required for cleaning without re-confirming with the client beforehand.
Payment options
Payment can be made over the phone via credit card; we accept all major credit cards. Payment can also be made via EFT ,Prices include GST.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund provided, if booking is cancelled greater than 72 hours before departure. 50% refund of total booking price, if booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before departure. No refund, if failure to board.
COVID-Safe Check-In
On boarding any of our vehicles, please use our COVID-Safe Check-In by scanning the QR code prominently displayed on our vehicles.
For customers that did not have a smartphone, access to the MySA GOV app, or who required assistance, we followed Government guidelines and supplied paper check-in solutions.

Wine / Beer / Distillery Tours
To provide you with the best possible experience and avoid disappointment of venues being unavailable, we require you to confirm your itinerary as soon as possible. Either you can let us know where you are wanting to go or we are happy to arrange it for you. All bookings are subject to availability at venues and in the event that they are unavailable, we will discuss with you options to provide a similar experience. Please note that some venues require prepayment at time of reservation.
Alcohol
TOURING ADELAIDE SOUTH AUSTRALIA is a licenced service on board only. Consumption of on board alcohol between service times only . No consumed Alcohol on vechile on visiting licensed premises . Terms and conditions will apply and be provided that are in line with current responsible service of alcohol and liquor license regulations in South Australia.
Seating and Assistance
Please note that seat belts are required to be worn at all times on all of our services. Please respect our drivers. They are professionals that will always go that extra mile to ensure your journey with us is comfortable. Please allow them to assist with loading and unloading where required.
